個人簡介
束剛,男,1979年生,博士,教授,華南農(nóng)業(yè)大學動物科學學院教師,動物營養(yǎng)與飼料科學系副系主任。畜牧獸醫(yī)學會動物生理生化分會和廣東省生理學會理事。2003年7月至今任教于華南農(nóng)業(yè)大學動物科學學院,主要從事動物營養(yǎng)生理的教學與科研工作,2014年入選廣東省優(yōu)秀青年教師培養(yǎng)計劃,2014-2015年在美國貝勒醫(yī)學院兒童營養(yǎng)中心訪問學者。2017年入選華南農(nóng)業(yè)大學“丁穎人才支持工程”。研究方向包括:(1)代謝中間產(chǎn)物營養(yǎng)生理;(2)采食與能量代謝。本人先后主持國家自然科學基金3項,廣東省自然科學基金1項和省部產(chǎn)學研及企業(yè)橫向課題各1項;973和十三五重點研發(fā)骨干各1項;參加國家自然科學基金3項、廣東省自然科學基金團隊項目和國家“973”子項目等多項國家和省部級項目。在Cellreports(2016,2017),Metabolism(2017),FASEBJournal(2017),JournalofNutritionalBiochemistry,journalofagricultureandfoodchemistry,JournalofAnimalScience,Oncotarget和Scientificreports等雜志發(fā)表SCI論文40余篇,參編教材2部,參譯1部,申報專利3項。
