個人簡介
近幾年來,在Advanced Materials, Physical Review Letters, ACS Nano, Small, Chemical Society Reviews, Angewandte Chemie International Edition, Journal of the American Chemical Society等國際期刊上共發(fā)表SCI收錄研究論文80多篇,被引用1000多次,其中單篇最高引用94次,H-index因子為20,同時還申請了9 項發(fā)明專利,有5項已獲授權。

負責和參與的科研項目:

1.石墨烯化學氣相沉積合成、改性和生物傳感性能研究,教育部科學技術研究重點項目,資助金額5萬,起止年月2012.1-2014.12,項目負責人。
2.石墨烯場效應晶體管生物傳感性能研究,江蘇省“六大人才高峰”第七批資助項目,資助金額3萬,起止年月2011.1-213.12 ,項目負責人。
