研究概況針對我國供水安全面臨的嚴峻形勢,結(jié)合學(xué)科國際前沿發(fā)展方向,本人確定主要研究方向為:城市供水應(yīng)急處理技術(shù)和管理、飲用水消毒與消毒副產(chǎn)物控制技術(shù)。

(1)在國內(nèi)外首次建立了城市供水應(yīng)急處理技術(shù)體系,推進了應(yīng)急供水理論化研究

與張曉健教授合作建立了城市供水應(yīng)急處理技術(shù)體系。該體系包括活性炭吸附、化學(xué)沉淀、氧化/還原、強化消毒、曝氣吹脫和藻類綜合處理等6類關(guān)鍵技術(shù),覆蓋飲用水相關(guān)標準中100多種污染物。率先獲得了數(shù)十種有機污染物的活性炭吸附特性,首次突破了自來水廠應(yīng)對重金屬嚴重超標水源水的化學(xué)沉淀處理技術(shù)和應(yīng)對揮發(fā)性污染物的曝氣吹脫技術(shù);初步建立有機物的應(yīng)急吸附、吹脫性能的理論模型;與其他單位合作開發(fā)了應(yīng)急處理導(dǎo)試水廠、移動式應(yīng)急藥劑投加系統(tǒng)等關(guān)鍵設(shè)備。在應(yīng)急技術(shù)的系統(tǒng)性和理論深度、處理對象的覆蓋范圍、工藝實施的快速高效和穩(wěn)定性等方面獲得了重大突破。在2005年松花江硝基苯污染、2007年無錫太湖水危機、2008年汶川地震、2012年廣西龍江河鎘污染、2014年蘭州自來水苯超標等重大事件應(yīng)急供水中發(fā)揮了重要作用,大大提高供水行業(yè)面對水源突發(fā)污染事故時的應(yīng)急處理能力。

(2)識別了三鹵甲烷、鹵乙酸、亞硝胺類消毒副產(chǎn)物的主要前體物

在國內(nèi)外首次采用極性快速分析法(Polarity Rapid Assessment Method, PRAM)來解析主要消毒副產(chǎn)物前體物的特性,并配合樹脂富集(Resin Fractionation)和分子量分級等技術(shù),確定了疏水酸是三鹵甲烷、鹵乙酸的主要前體物,主要來自天然有機物;帶正電及親水性和小分子的有機物是NDMA等亞硝胺類的主要前體物,主要來自人為污染;測定了各凈水工藝對上述消毒副產(chǎn)物及其前體物的控制特性,確定臭氧-活性炭工藝是處理上述前體物的最佳可行工藝,為供水行業(yè)提供整體解決方案。

近年來共負責(zé)4項國家級課題,包括十一五重大水專項應(yīng)急供水課題,獲得了管理大型科研項目的經(jīng)驗,驗收成績在水專項中名列前茅。此外,還參與十余項國家級課題、多項省部級課題和1項美國水研究基金會(WRF)課題。已發(fā)表論文100余篇,其中SCI論文40多篇,EI論文40多篇,國際會議40多篇,參編專著4部,申請專利14項(已授權(quán)8項)。主要研究成果已經(jīng)獲得了廣泛的應(yīng)用,建設(shè)了6座大型示范工程,應(yīng)急供水保障能力達到715萬m3/d,在國際水協(xié)(IWA)等知名學(xué)術(shù)團體中擔(dān)任相關(guān)職務(wù),為住建部、環(huán)保部、水利部、科技部、衛(wèi)生部在飲用水領(lǐng)域提供了多次技術(shù)咨詢。
