  1. Wheat Improvement: Increase its Tolerance to Salt, Drought and powdery mildew, Improve its Quality by HMW-GS Gene Transformation.
  2. Sorghum research as biofuel
  Increase Salt Tolerance and biomass of Sweet and Grain Sorghum, Increase Sucrose Content in Stem of Sweet Sorghum, Functional genes Identification and Cloning for Molecular Breeding of Sorghum.
  3. Gene Engineering of Vegetables
  TuMV Resistance and Late-Bolting Breeding of Chinese Cabbage, Increase Sucrose Content of Muskmelon by Acid Invertase Gene Transformation and Anti-root-knot Nematodes (Meloidogyne spp.)Breeding by Transformation with OC-I△D86 (Oryzacystatin-I△D8g) Gene.
