　　研究方向及內(nèi)容，主要科研項目， 主要學(xué)術(shù)成果：
　　　　主要從事微生物資源與代謝工程、微生物生物能源、功能基因組與生物信息、畜用生物制劑與生物安全等領(lǐng)域的研究工作。先后主持科技部國家轉(zhuǎn)基因產(chǎn)業(yè)化專項、883、973、科技攻關(guān)，支撐計劃、基礎(chǔ)性工作專項、國際合作項目，國家自然科學(xué)基金，教育部重點項目，四川省支撐計劃、四川省杰出青年基金及成都市科技攻關(guān)項目等研究工作。
　　　　獲得四川省科技進步獎，申請和獲得11項發(fā)明專利，出版教材1部，編寫國家微生物資源平臺描述規(guī)范等。建立了四川省微生物資源保藏中心、四川省生物信息與代謝工程共享實驗平臺和微生物與代謝　　工程四川省重點實驗室。
