湖南大學土木工程學院，教授、博士生導師
湖南省“芙蓉學者計劃”特聘教授，湖南省高校科技創(chuàng)新團隊帶頭人，加拿大不列顛哥倫比亞大學（UBC）訪問教授（2011/08 - 2012/02）、加拿大滑鐵盧大學訪問副教授（2007/12 - 2008/11）。
湖南寧鄉(xiāng)人，1970年11月生，2001年畢業(yè)于浙江大學，獲結(jié)構(gòu)工程博士學位，2001年至2003年在湖南大學土木水利博士后流動站從事博士后科研工作，出站后在湖南大學土木工程學院從事教學科研工作。近年來，主持包括國家自然科學基金、教育部博士點基金、湖南省杰出青年科學基金、國家科技支撐計劃重點項目子課題、“十三五”國家重點研發(fā)計劃課題在內(nèi)的國家、省部級科研項目多項。在國內(nèi)外刊物上發(fā)表學術(shù)論文100余篇，授權(quán)國家專利13項、軟件著作權(quán)1項；獲國家科技進步二等獎1項、省部級科技進步一等獎2項及自然科學二等獎1項，參編國家行業(yè)技術(shù)標準2部。
