  研究方向

  植物耐寒抗凍機(jī)理。主要從以下兩方面開展研究工作:

  1、實(shí)驗(yàn)研究:以擬南芥和冰緣植物高山離子芥為材料,使用生理、分子生物學(xué)和遺傳學(xué)等方法探討植物耐寒抗凍的生理與分子機(jī)制。歡迎有植物生理與分子生物學(xué)基礎(chǔ)的同學(xué)加入。

  2、信息分析:以R語言、Matlab或Python等計(jì)算機(jī)語言為工具,應(yīng)用網(wǎng)絡(luò)科學(xué)與系統(tǒng)生物學(xué)方法探討植物耐寒抗凍的可能機(jī)理。歡迎有相關(guān)計(jì)算機(jī)或數(shù)學(xué)基礎(chǔ)的同學(xué)加入。
